Nokia N8 to launch by September End 

The Nokia N8 device is now available for pre-order in the U.S for US$549 sim free. Other countries where the N8 is available for pre-order include the U.K., France, Italy, and Germany. Nokia has yet to announce when the N8 will be available in other markets.
