LG Optimus Pad Tablet with Honeycomb confirmed for MWC 2011 launch

LG previously announced that the LG G-Slate would be launched in spring this year with T-Mobile USA. Recently a Korean press release stated that the European/Worldwide counter part of the G-Slate, known as the LG Optimus Pad would be launching at the Mobile World Conference in Barcelona next week.

The LG Optimus is expected to have:

• Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system
• 8.9 - inch capacitive multi touch display
• 6400 mAH battery
• nVidia Tegra 2 dual core proessor
