The Mobile World Conference is starting tomorrow, and as usual pre event leaks are all over the internet. This device weighs only 116 g and 8.4 mm thick and packs a hell lot of features:
-
4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display
-
1GHz dual-core CPU
-
Android 2.3 OS (Gingerbread)
-
HD 1080p video recording
-
8MP camera
-
1.3MP front camera for video calling
Leaked photo of the Galaxy S2, which is to be revealed at the Mobile World Conference:

Looks like the Sony Ericsson Arc is getting dated with this release. The processor out runs the Arc any day. I would prefer this over the Arc any time. However The Xperia Play might be a challenging competitor, as it is going to be the first PlayStation Phone with a custom Games Market from Sony.
But what I am personally waiting for is to give away my Galaxy Tab, and get the new Tab 2 from Samsung, which is going to be a 10.1 inch tablet with Android Honeycomb 3.0. This was expected after the announcement of Motorola Xoom last month at the CES. HTC is also expected to release something on similar lines.
Leaked info tells us that the Galaxy Tab 2 is expected to have 10.1-inch screen, 8-megapixel camera with Full HD video recording, and dual surround sound speakers. The device is powered by the nVidia Tegra 2 dual core processor instead of the Qualcomm CPU. Storage wise the device would have 16GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot. All this with 200g lighter than the current iPad. Apple is obviously going to announce the iPad 2 in the coming months.
More information as and when the products get announced at the MWC.
