The birds were captured, caged and shipped to Rio. They escape from their captors eventually and want to free their friends Blu and Jewel and other birds in Rio. They are now very very "angry". Angry Birds Rio offers 60 new levels with achievements and hidden fruits. Plus this time there are boss fights as well. New levels of Angry Birds Rio are expected to be released through out the year, probably in May, July, October and November.

From the screenshots in the gallery below you can see that the graphics are definitely crispy and improved from the original versions. Game play is smooth as well, no lags at all when played on the Galaxy Tab.
