How To get HTC Black Stone Interface in your X1

• Copy to phone & install the TF3D_HD.CAB
• during installation,you will be asked,where to install; phone memory or external memory,chose Phone Memory
• Restart and you have Touch Flo 3D interface replaced to Today Panel (1st panel)
• however you may remove that,start>settings>today>items,uncheck touch flow 3d

Using TouchFlo 3d as Panel

• install TF3D_HD_CAB as said above
• restart
• Go to Start/settings/Today/Objects and uncheck TouchFLO 3D
• Install TF3DPanelInstaller.cab
• Optional: Add the pictures in TF3D_Panel_pics.zip to the TF3DPanel folder in the panel folder under program
• Add TouchFlo 3D-panel somewhere as normal where you add panels in panelsettings.

DOWNLOAD:

• TF3D HD.CAB
• TF3D_PANEL_INSTALLER.CAB(attached)
• TF3D_PANEL_PICTURES.ZIP(attached)

Some Known Issue:
Lanscape Mode doesnt work at best(only this panel)
SPB shell panel contradicts with TF3D Panel,uninstall it

now things have advanced a heap!!
rather then having it as a panel (which is laggy & buggy at times)
u can flash with many custom roms available!!
benefits:
u get ur x1 updated to windows 6.5 which is more finger friendly & advanced!!
plus u can have manila/topaz/leo all these touchflo systems from HTC,plus not effecting your x1 panels & features
search for xperia leo/ xperia manila roms over google,
xda-developers is the best spot for this...
