• Screenshot: This is the representation on how the desktop (home screen, standby) of the theme will look on the downloader's phone. Kindly do not use a plain standby wallpaper as it is misleading. The screenshot should represent your current phone standby setup and should not be mocked up in any way.
• Full Preview: This is the full preview of your theme. You may include images from multiple screens, like the main menu, messaging, calendar, navigation, etc.
• Preview 1/2: Field to showcase additional screenshots of your theme.
• Flag Content as Matured: Tick mark only if the content is for a matured audience. At no point full fledge nudity, or transparent nudity is supported by eSeth. Content will be deleted as per guidelines.

Sub 1A: Themes Full Previews:

• eSeth will no longer support marketing of other theming websites/competitions in theme full previews. If you wish to upload themes on eSeth, kindly ensure that the previews are not promoting other sites. If they are, the content and / or the preview will be made inactive and / or edited without notice. If you have your own personal website (not a profile page on any other theming website), you may market that website in the signature, profile pages and full previews. Ignorance of this rule may result in a direct ban and or deletion of account and / or content without prior notice irrespective of your position on the website.

Sub 1B: Promotion of Mascots and Website Branded Themes:

• eSeth will no longer support marketing of mascots or branded themes/wallpapers of other theming websites/competitions. If you wish to upload themes/wallpapers on eSeth, kindly ensure that the themes/wallpapers do not contain mascots or other theming site brands. If they are, the content will be made inactive without notice. We do not encourage our members to make eSeth branded themes/wallpapers and promote on other websites, similarly we will not tolerate when the promotion is done on eSeth.

Sub 2: Wallpapers:

A) Promotion of Premium Content (premium themes):

You are free to promote premium themes / apps / content provided you follow our guidelines. We only support premium content hosted on the following websites: Windows Marketplace, App Store, Ovi Store, Android Market or your own Blog / Website

• Some marketing examples which are acceptable:
  • You can make lite version of a theme putting a link to the full extended version in the description and or preview.
  • You can make full free themes and promote a link to your premium store in description or full preview.
  • You can use your profile website link to point to your page on the mentioned marketplace.

The concept goes the more you exposure your free content on eSeth, the more people are likely to check out your premium works.

• Some marketing examples which are NOT acceptable:
  • Trying to market premium content without any free contribution. Like messaging members about premium content, posting links of premium content in comments, own profile pages, other members profile pages.
  • Posting a link to the premium content hosted on other sites besides App Store, Windows Marketplace, Ovi Store, Android Market or your own blog/website.

B) Sitewide Comments and Behavior:

These cover comments and behavior on public pages like content download single pages, profile pages, phones and blogs.

• Debating and discussions are allowed. However we do not tolerate rudeness, insults, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory comments.
• No profane, sexual or otherwise offensive language and/or images allowed in comments or avatars.
• Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.

• This site may contains links to other sites. eSeth.net is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
